How does it work?
- Sign up for a free Parcel Collect address here
- When shopping online, enter your Parcel Collect address at the checkout. (Just check they ship with NZ Post/CourierPost first).
- Wait for your email notification that your parcel is ready to be picked up.

What’s the process for collecting my parcel?
You will be notified by email when your parcel is ready to be picked up. This email will confirm the address and the opening hours of the Parcel Collect location. Please bring a copy of the notification email (on phone or printed) and photo ID (such as a driver license or passport) to the Customer Service counter.
Is this service available at my local Countdown?
Parcel Collect is currently available at the following Countdown supermarkets. However, we're adding new locations all the time, so make sure to come back and check this list regularly.
