Countdown Gift Cards are available to purchase from your local Countdown Supermarket and online in values of $20, $30, $50 or $100. The Countdown Gift Card lets the recipient choose to shop at any Countdown Supermarket.

Grocery only card
The Groceries Only Card is an ideal card for businesses to use for those frequent supermarket purchases such as tea, coffee and milk or charity organisations to provide assistance for households on a budget. This card cannot be used for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco products or Countdown gift cards. Simply download the form here and return to us to order your Grocery Only cards.
To purchase a ‘bulk order’ of 10 cards or more, download an order form and send to our Gift Card Team who will be able to assist. Alternatively, you can email us or call on 0800 40 40 40. Cards purchased in bulk can have any value from $10 to $500 loaded on them.

From 1 December 2016 Countdown gift cards will no longer expire. Countdown will run through its current stock of gift cards before printing new cards. For Countdown gift cards purchased on or after 1 December 2015, the expiry date will not apply. The value on the gift card will remain valid until it is spent. Any gift card purchased before 1 December 2015 will remain expired.
