- Avocados - 2
- Greek yoghurt - 1/3 cup
- Coriander, roughly chopped - 2 Tbsp
- Clove garlic, minced - 1
- Red onion, finely diced - 1/4
- Chilli flakes (optional) - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1
Cut avocados in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add Greek yoghurt, coriander, garlic, red onion and chilli (optional). Stir to combine
Squeeze over the lemon and season with salt and pepper. Serve!
