Ingredients

  • Can chickpeas, drained - 420 g
  • Tahini - 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic cloves, chopped - 2
  • Spinach, wilted - 100 g
  • Crumbled feta - 150 g
  • Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepper, to season

Method

  1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, wilted spinach and feta into a food processor. Blitz

  2. Add lemon juice and olive oil, and blend until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Place in a small serving bowl and garnish with your favourite herbs e.g thyme or basil.
