  • Avocado - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • Ciabatta, toasted - 4 slices
  • Feta - 50 g
  • Roasted red capsicum, cut into strips - 1/2
  • Basil leaves to garnish


  1. Place the avocado into a bowl with the lemon. Smash to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Spread the avocado onto the toast and top with crumbled feta, roasted red capsicum strips and fresh basil leaves.
