Crumbed Fish Sliders are a tasty twist on the humble hamburger and perfect for when you have lots of people to feed! This easy recipe can also be spiced up by adding some chipotle to the mayo.

Ingredients

  • Crumbed frozen fish fillets - 8
  • Slider buns, split - 8
  • Swiss cheese - 3 slices
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded - 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.

  2. Place the fish onto a baking tray and into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Split the buns horizontally and place the bases onto an oven tray. Top each with a piece of fish and then layer on the cheese slices. Bake for 8 minutes until hot and the cheese is starting to melt.

  4. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the iceberg lettuce on top of the cheese and spread the mayo on the underside of the slider tops.

  5. Place the tops back onto the sliders and serve.

Tip: To spice these up a bit for adults, add some chipotle mayonnaise.
