Ingredients

Banana and Peanut butter

  • Countdown wholemeal wrap - 1
  • Peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Banana, whole - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Chicken, Mayo and Lettuce

  • Countdown wholemeal wrap - 1
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • Shredded chicken - 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce - 1/2 cup

Hummus, Grated Carrot and Cucumber

  • Countdown wholemeal wrap - 1
  • Hummus - 2 Tbsp
  • Small carrot peeled and grated - 1
  • Cucumber sticks - 1/2 cups

Method

  1. Line the wrap on a clean bench or board.

  2. Spread wrap with soft filling first, and then add the main filling and wrap tightly.

  3. Slice in half, or into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate until ready to eat or pack into a lunch box.
