  • Bunch broccolini - 1
  • Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Pepper, to season
  • Shaved Parmesan - 50 g


  1. Drizzle the oil over the broccolini. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat.

  2. Char-grill broccolini for 4-5 minutes each side until a knife will insert easily.

  3. Place onto a serving dish and then squeeze generously with lemon juice, and season with pepper.

  4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan to serve.
