Prawn and Courgette Pasta

  • Dried spaghetti - 400 g
  • Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Frozen prawns, defrosted - 500 g
  • Courgettes, cut into pieces - 2
  • Pomodoro pasta sauce (or similar) - 325 g


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large, high-sided pan. Add prawns and cook until the prawns turn pink.

  3. Add pasta sauce & courgette pieces and continue to cook until sauce is warmed through and courgette pieces have started to soften. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Add cooked pasta to pasta sauce mix and combine well before serving.
