Ingredients

  • Canned lychees - 560 g
  • Sparkling wine - 750 ml
  • Passion fruits, halved and pulp removed - 2
  • Mint leaves - 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Drain a can of lychees, reserving ¼ cup syrup.

  2. In a large jug combine sparkling wine, lychees, reserved syrup, passionfruit pulp and mint leaves. Stir to combine.

  3. Serve straight away.
