Ingredients

  • Ripe apricot flesh (approx. 8 apricots) - 1 cup
  • Thick yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Runny honey - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Into a blender add the apricot flesh, yoghurt, juice and honey. Blend until smooth.

  2. Let the mixture settle for 10 minutes. Pour into your ice block holders. Place into the freezer for 2 hours or until needed.
