Mini Marshmallow Tarts

This recipe for Mini Marshmallow Tarts is quick and simple, making for easy festive entertaining, and is sure to be a sweet treat tucked into by young and old.
- Mini tart pastry shells (bought or homemade) - 12
- Marshmallows - 100 g
- Cream - 2 Tbsp
- Toasted coconut flakes, to serve
- Grated chocolate, to serve
- Sliced strawberries, to serve
Place tartlet cases on a serving platter.
In a microwave proof bowl, melt marshmallows and cream together for 1 minute. Stir then repeat for 30 seconds, then as needed until mix is well combined.
Fill mini tartlets, letting them rest for 15 minutes to set. Top with your choice of toppings.
