Ingredients

  • Lemon-flavoured soft drink, chilled - 2 L
  • Wildberry sorbet - 8 scoops
  • Punnet of fresh raspberries (frozen works too) - 1

Method

  1. Pour the lemon soft drink into eight tall glasses.

  2. Top each with a small scoop of sorbet and raspberries.
