- Strawberry cheesecake - 1/2
- Ice - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish - 1 Tbsp
Method
Into a blender place the cheesecake, ice, milk and mint. Blitz until smooth.
Serve garnished with mint.
