Ingredients

  • Harraways scotch oats - 1/3 cup
  • Anchor trim milk - 1 cup
  • Banana - 1
  • Apple (skin on), cored and sliced - 1
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Place Harraways Scotch oats and milk into a blender with the banana and apple.

  2. Pulse the blender until desired texture is reached, then flavour with the honey and vanilla.

  3. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
