Easy Brunch & Mixed Berry Smoothie

This easy brunch paired with a mixed berry smoothie is the perfect way to kick off your weekend.


  • Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Hellers Streaky Bacon rashers - 4
  • Henergy Eggs - 4
  • Rebel Bakehouse Bagels - 2
  • Small tomato, halved - 1
  • Obela Dip - 4 Tbsp

Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • Meadow Fresh milk - 1 1/2 cups
  • Meadow Fresh Kalo Greek yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • Frozen berries - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1 Tbsp


  1. Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and add oil.

  2. Fry bacon rashers until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and place in the warming draw to keep warm.

  3. In the same pan, cook eggs until whites are cooked through. While the eggs are cooking, put bagels in the toaster. When the eggs are almost done, put the tomato halves into the pan, open side down.

  4. To make smoothie, put all ingredients in a blender and mix to combine.

  5. Once bagel is toasted, spread with tip. Place all ingredients on a plate and serve with the smoothie on the side. Enjoy!
