Ingredients

  • Anchor Protein+ Lite milk - 1/2 cup
  • Anchor Protein+ yoghurt mixed berry - 1/2 cup
  • Frozen mixed berries - 1 cup

Method

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and top with a handful of Countdown Frozen Mixed Berries.
