Overnight Oats & Chia Cup

Overnight Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

  • Uncle Tobys rolled oats raspberry almond & vanilla - 40 g
  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Lite milk - 1/2 cup
  • Liquid honey - 1/2 tsp
  • Greek style yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh produce orange - 1
  • Almonds slivered - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, milk and honey in glass jar or portable container.

  2. Gently mix until well combined.

  3. Cover with a lid and allow to refrigerate overnight.

  4. Once mixture thickens, top it with layers of yoghurt, orange slices, nuts and a drizzle of honey. Serve.
