Ingredients

  • Baby spinach leaves - 1 cup
  • Granny Smith apple - 1/2
  • Avocado - 1
  • Banana - 1
  • Lemon for juice - 1/2
  • Honey - 1 Tbsp
  • Coconut water - 1 1/4 cups
  • Ice - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
