Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Sweet, refreshing and full of healthy goodness, this banana and raspberry smoothie recipe is an easy favourite to have at home or on the go.


  • Small banana, chopped coarsely - ½
  • Frozen raspberries - ¼  cup
  • Milk - ¾  cup
  • Honey - 1 Tsp


  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Tip: For an added energy boost, try adding half a coarsely crushed weet-bix to the smoothie. You may just need to add a little extra milk if smoothie becomes too thick.
