Louis & Xavier’s Pre Match Berry Blast

Ingredients

  • Meadow Fresh Calci-trim milk - 1 cup
  • Naturalea unsweetened yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • Ripe banana - 1
  • Fresh or frozen blueberries - 1 cup
  • Manuka honey - 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2
  • Chia seeds soaked in milk first (optional) - 1 Tbsp

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and wiz until smooth.

  2. Chill before the match or drink straight away! Yum an great energy boost.

Tip: Use any of your favourite fruits eg kiwi & pear (skinned) or mango (deskinned and de-stoned). Add a little apple juice if you want it to go further.
