Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 220g bread crumbs
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 2 eggs, whisked
- oil spray
- cooked rice to serve
- steamed or stirfried vegetables to serve
Preheat an oven to 180°C. Line an ovenproof tray with baking paper.
Mix the sesame seeds with the bread crumbs. Dust the chicken with flour, dip in the egg, and roll in bread crumbs until well coated. Place onto the oven tray, and spray with oil. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then turn once and continue to cook for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked and juice is clear.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
