- 2 avocados
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 lemon
1. Cut avocados in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork.
2. Add Greek yoghurt, coriander, garlic, red onion and chilli (optional). Stir to combine
3. Squeeze over the lemon and season with salt and pepper. Serve!
