Spicy Meatball Sub
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet Countdown bestest beef meatballs
- 1 packet of Countown Japanese slaw
- 4 bread rolls, long, sliced
- 4 Tbsp Countown sriracha mayo
1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a medium frying pan, and cook meatballs for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Combine slaw and sesame sauce in a bowl.
3. Slice bread rolls. Fill bread rolls with coleslaw and 4-5 meatballs.
4. Top with Sriracha mayo to serve.
