Quick Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 500g Countdown pasta spirals
- 190g jar basil pesto
- 120g packet baby spinach
- 3 x 95g cans Countdown lemon & pepper tuna
- Salt & pepper, to season
Method

1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.

2. Add pesto, spinach and tuna, toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
