Quick Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 500g Countdown pasta spirals
  • 190g jar basil pesto
  • 120g packet baby spinach
  • 3 x 95g cans Countdown lemon & pepper tuna
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Method

  • 1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.

  • 2. Add pesto, spinach and tuna, toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
