Berry and Pear Oat Crumble

Ingredients
- 500g frozen berries
- 2 pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornflour
- Crumble
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 120g butter, melted
Method

1. Preheat an oven to 180C.

2. Place the berries and pears into an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle over the sugar

and cornflour and stir gently.

3. For the crumble, into a large bowl place the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Combine until it is crumb-like.

4. Sprinkle crumble mix over the berries and pears. Place into the oven for 35 minutes or until crisp and golden.
