Berry and Pear Oat Crumble

Ingredients

  • 500g frozen berries
  • 2 pears, peeled, cored and sliced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornflour
  • Crumble
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 120g butter, melted

Method

  • 1. Preheat an oven to 180C.

  • 2. Place the berries and pears into an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle over the sugar

  • and cornflour and stir gently.

  • 3. For the crumble, into a large bowl place the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Combine until it is crumb-like.

  • 4. Sprinkle crumble mix over the berries and pears. Place into the oven for 35 minutes or until crisp and golden.
