- 6 sugar cubes
- Lemon Lime and bitters cordial
- 750ml Champagne, chilled
- 2 x 10cm strips orange rind, thinly sliced
1. Place one sugar cube and 2 drops of bitter into each champagne glass.
2. Top each glass with Champagne, and garnish with orange rind.
