  • countdown cottage cheese lite, 300g
  • 190g Tuna Springwater, drained

  • 1. Combine tuna, corn, cheese and parsley in a bowl, and mix.

  • 2. Heat pita following packet directions, then cut each in half to make 8. Fill with tuna mixture.

  • 3. Overlap carrot and cucumber strips on top of pitas. If using rice noodles, soak in boiling water until softened. Dry well. Lay over the top of the pocket and trim edges.

  • 4. Add cucumber, carrot and olives for eyes. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
