  • 1-2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 2-3 tsp lemon juice

  • 1. Into a mug or heatproof cup, add honey, ginger, turmeric and lemon juice.

  • 2. Top with boiling water, allow to brew for 1-2 minutes and then stir to combine.
