Peach and Pear Clafouti

  • 410g can tinned pears
  • 410g can tinned peaches
  • 1 Countdown Pancake Mix Original Shaker
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Icing sugar to dust
  • Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.

  • 2. Drain the fruit and place into an ovenproof baking dish.

  • 3. Make the shaker as per instructions, adding the baking powder and cinnamon. Pour over the fruit and place into the oven for 50 minutes until cooked through.

  • 4. Serve dusted with icing sugar, whipped cream or ice cream.
