Peach and Pear Clafouti
- 410 g can tinned pears
- 4410 g can tinned peaches
- 1 Countdown Pancake Mix Original Shaker
- 1 tsp baking powder
- icing sugar to dust
- whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Drain the fruit and place into an ovenproof baking dish.
3. Make the shaker as per instructions, adding the baking powder and cinnamon. Pour over the fruit and place into the oven for 50 minutes until cooked through.
4. Serve dusted with icing sugar, whipped cream or ice cream.
