Mini Apple, Pear and Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 Smiling Tums Apples, Pear & Cinnamon pouch
- 1 egg
- ½ apple, grated
- 20g butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease a 12-hole mini muffin tin.

2. Place the flour into a medium sized bowl. In another bowl combine the Smiling Tums pouch, egg, apple, butter and milk. Pour into the flour and mix to combine – be careful not to over-mix.

3. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 12 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and cool before removing from the tin.
