Spinach, Avocado and Banana Smoothie
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
How to Pit an Avocado Safely
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
