Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.

  • 2. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
