Chia Seed Jam
- 500g frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp white chia seeds
- Small jars
1. Put the frozen strawberries and honey in a medium sized pot.
2. Cook on a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until the strawberries have softened.
3. Add in the chia seeds, and stir over heat for a further 10-15 min, or until thickened.
4. Allow to cool slightly, then add to jars.
Tip: If you like a sweeter jam, increase the amount of honey to 3 tablespoons.
