Chia Seed Jam

  • 500g frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp white chia seeds
  • Small jars

  • 1. Put the frozen strawberries and honey in a medium sized pot.

  • 2. Cook on a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until the strawberries have softened.

  • 3. Add in the chia seeds, and stir over heat for a further 10-15 min, or until thickened.

  • 4. Allow to cool slightly, then add to jars.

  • Tip: If you like a sweeter jam, increase the amount of honey to 3 tablespoons.
