- 1/2 strawberry cheesecake
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish
1. Into a blender place the cheesecake, ice, milk and mint. Blitz until smooth.
2. Serve garnished with mint.
