Gluten Free Tortilla Cups

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Microwave a stack of gluten free tortillas for 15-20 seconds in the microwave to soften them.

2. Spray safe bowls with oil. Mold the warmed tortillas into the bowls. Spray, or brush the tortillas with a bit more oil.

3. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes, or until golden.

4. Remove from bowls and fill with your favourite toppings.
