- 2 x 250g punnets cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped gherkins
- 2 Tbsp chutney
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 100g toasted slivered almond
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, olives, gherkins, grated cheese and chutney together.
2. Once well mixed, tip onto plastic wrap and roll into a ball, covering firmly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Remove ball from wrap and roll in toasted almonds.
4. Serve with crackers or bread.
