Hot Cross Bun Bites

Ingredients
- 450g store-bought dark chocolate mud cake with icing, broken into chunks
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 200g dark chocolate melts
- 50g white chocolate melts
Method

1. In a food processor, combine cake, sultanas and cinnamon. Process until combined and mixture forms a soft ball.

2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Flatten the base to form a bun shape. Freeze for 20 minutes.

3. Meanwhile put dark chocolate melts in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until melted. Repeat with the white chocolate, in a separate dish.

4. Line a tray with baking paper. Insert the tip of a fork into the base of a chilled ball. Dip into dark chocolate to coat, allowing excess to drizzle back into the bowl.

5. Using another fork, carefully push the ball from the fork onto prepared tray. Repeat with remaining balls and chocolate. Chill.

6. Pour white chocolate into a small resealable bag. Push chocolate into one corner and snip off tip of bag. Carefully draw crosses over each ball.

7. Allow to set before placing in a gift bag or box.
