Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup drained sauerkraut
- 150gm sliced pastrami
- 8 gherkins, to serve
Method

1. Preheat a sandwich press.

2. Spread 4 slices of bread with mustard. Top with half the cheese. Layer sauerkraut, pastrami, then remaining cheese and bread slices.

3. Cook in sandwich press for 5 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.

4. Serve sandwiches with gherkins.
