Stuffed Camembert

5 minutes + 10 minutes Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 Camembert
  • 5 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 baguette, sliced
  • crackers
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC

  • 2. Slice Camembert horizontally through the centre to form 2 rounds.

  • 3. Place chopped cherry tomatoes and basil onto one round, season and then top with the second round.

  • 4. Wrap in baking paper then foil. Bake for 10 minutes.

  • 5. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
