- 1 Camembert
- 5 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 5 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 baguette, sliced
- salt & pepper, to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC
2. Slice Camembert horizontally through the centre to form 2 rounds.
3. Place chopped cherry tomatoes and basil onto one round, season and then top with the second round.
4. Wrap in baking paper then foil. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
