Fruity Coconut Ice Blocks

Ingredients
- 1 punnet of blueberries
- 1 punnet of strawberries, chopped
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups coconut water
Method

1. Divide fruit evenly between ice-block moulds.

2. Fill with coconut water. Insert sticks and freeze overnight until firm.

Tip: you can really use any fruits that are in season!
