White Chocolate Christmas Crackles

10 minutes + 5 minutes Serves 16


  • dr oetker sprinkles sugar stars, 40g
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 50g white marshmallows
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 4 cups rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup M&M's

1. Line 16 muffin pans with paper cases.

2. Combine butter, cream, marshmallows and chocolate in a large saucepan. Stir over a low heat until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in rice bubbles and cool for 10 minutes.

3. Stir mixture well, then stir in half of the M&M's. Divide mixture among paper cases and sprinkle with sugar stars and remaining M&M's. Refrigerate until set.
