Scrambled Eggs in a Cup

5 minutes + 2 minutes Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp grated cheese or cream cheese
  • Dash of milk
  • 1 small lemon or lime

Method

  • 1. Crack egg(s) into mug. Add cheese, milk and season.

  • 2. Whisk with a fork to mix.

  • 3. Loosely cover mug then microwave on high for 40 seconds.

  • 4. Stir and cook for another 40 seconds. Check and give it another short burst if needed.

  • Fresh Tip:

  • You can add cherry tomatoes or leftover vegetables to make it a hearty snack!
