Scrambled Eggs in a Cup

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp grated cheese or cream cheese
- Dash of milk
- 1 small lemon or lime
Method

1. Crack egg(s) into mug. Add cheese, milk and season.

2. Whisk with a fork to mix.

3. Loosely cover mug then microwave on high for 40 seconds.

4. Stir and cook for another 40 seconds. Check and give it another short burst if needed.

You can add cherry tomatoes or leftover vegetables to make it a hearty snack!
