- 260ml fresh orange juice
- 260ml sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
How to Zest, Peel and Segment Citrus
1. Fill each glass a third of the way with sparkling wine, reserving some for the top. Pour the orange juice in to each glass, then top with the remaining sparkling wine.
2. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim.
