Ham and Cheese Croissants

  • 6 croissants
  • 1/2 cup aioli
  • 6 slices deli champagne ham
  • 6 slices Edam or Havarti cheese

How to use leftover Ham and Turkey


1. Preheat oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced).

2. Cut croissants ¾ of the way through length ways.

3. Spread each base with aioli, a slice of ham then a slice of cheese. Close the lids.

4. Place croissants on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Serve immediately
