Meringue Nests

Ingredients
- 12 store-bought meringue nests
- 300ml cream, whipped
- To decorate:
- 2 cups chopped fruit
- Small mint leaves, for garnish
Method

1. Place the meringue nests onto a serving platter. Pipe or spoon some cream onto each nest.

2. Decorate with fruit and mint leaves, for garnish.
