Jelly Fruit Cups

  • 120g raspberries
  • 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 85g packet raspberry or strawberry jelly crystals
  • 2 cups water

  • 1. Divide raspberries and strawberries among four ¾ cup glasses.

  • 2. Combine jelly crystals and 1 cup of boiling water in a large jug, stirring until crystals dissolve.

  • 3. Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Pour over the berries and refrigerate for 3 hours, covered, until jelly sets.
