Jelly Fruit Cups
- 120g raspberries
- 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 85g packet raspberry or strawberry jelly crystals
- 2 cups water
1. Divide raspberries and strawberries among four ¾ cup glasses.
2. Combine jelly crystals and 1 cup of boiling water in a large jug, stirring until crystals dissolve.
3. Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Pour over the berries and refrigerate for 3 hours, covered, until jelly sets.
