  • ½ small banana, chopped coarsely
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 Tsp honey

  • 1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

  • Tip: For an added energy boost, try adding half a coarsely crushed weet-bix to the smoothie. You may just need to add a little extra milk if smoothie becomes too thick.
