Quick and Easy French Toast with Banana

5 minutes + 10 minutes Serves 4


  • 60 g butter
  • 8 slices thick bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 200 g vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • honey, to serve

How to Whip Perfect Cream


1. Melt butter in a frying pan. Dip each slice of bread into combined eggs, milk and nutmeg.

2. Fry bread for 2-3 minutes each side, until golden. Serve topped with yoghurt and banana and drizzled with honey.

Tip: Use fruit toast, brioche or any flavoured sweet bread of choice.
