Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

5 minutes Serves 1


  • 1 small frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 large (or 2 small) carrots, peeled, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp Tasti Desiccated Coconut, plus extra to serve
  • 1 Cup Sanitarium So Good Lite Soy Milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 2-3 Tasti Walnuts, chopped, to serve

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to mix.

Pour into bowl and sprinkle with walnuts, desiccated coconut and cinnamon on top before serving.
