Coffee, Banana and Almond Milk Chia Pot Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Macro Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 2 cups black coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Homebrand Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tsp Ceres Organics Maple Syrup
  • 2 small ripe bananas, mashed
  • 8 Tbsp reduced-fat natural yoghurt
  • 4 Tasti Pitted Prunes, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp Tasti Whole Almonds, Chopped
  • 2 oranges, cut into segments, pith removed

Method

Place almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, cocoa, maple syrup and banana in a bowl and stir well to combine. Put bowl in fridge and leave overnight.

When ready to serve, divide chia mixture between eight small glasses. Top with yoghurt and sprinkle with chopped prunes, almonds and orange segments.
